The freshly cleaned slippers, bathrobes, and towels made me feel like I was in a luxurious hotel. The receptionist was kind and had everything prepared for our late arrival. The location of the hotel was beautiful, offering fine views of the city lights at night. The minibar was well-stocked with a variety of drinks to choose from.

Great hospitality, restaurant and bar, in-room facilities, reliable internet, outside city location. Quiet neighborhood, nature walks, lovely park, chic cafes nearby. Tastefully decorated rooms with luxurious touches, friendly staff. Amazing food, good breakfast, excellent coffee. Well-designed rooms with comfortable bed, safe, bar, bathrobes, TV. Lovely views of city and mountain, well-laid out bathroom, good shower, toiletries provided. Helpful staff, good location for walks, close to small park. Easily accessible, quiet location.

Located in the beautiful Boyana area, this hotel offers a unique advantage to bike riders, as it is the only place in the world where you can easily access a ski piste via a city bus. Surrounded by mountains and forests, the location provides a stunning backdrop for outdoor activities. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with plush carpeting and a beautiful bathroom featuring a super shower, bath, toilet, and bidet. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful, providing excellent service. The breakfast offers a decent selection of food, with a good variety of fruit and a nice coffee on request. a luxurious and enjoyable stay.
The menu at the restaurant lacked imagination and did not offer traditional Bulgarian dishes.

From the moment I stepped foot into this hotel, I was greeted with the friendliest staff I have ever encountered. the luxurious amenities and exclusive facilities were beyond my expectations. the room was magnificent, featuring stunning views and impeccable attention to detail. I especially loved the in-room breakfast, which was promptly served at the exact time I requested.
The only minor complaint I have is in regards to the packed lunches. Although the quality of the food was fantastic, the portions were a bit small for my liking.
